CNOC at the European Championships.
6 CNOC members are competing at the European Champs in Portugal this week.W21s Niamh O'Boyle and Regina Kelly.
M21s Conor Short, Hugh Cashell, Ruairi Short, Seamus O'Boyle.
They run the Middle Distance qualification race on Thur 10th, Long qualification on Fri 11th and Sprint on Sat 12th. If they qualify they go on to run the Finals next week.

Niamh was 24th in the Middle Quali.
There was a wrong control on the Mens' Middle Quali course so all the M21s who ran (Conor, Hugh, Ruairi) are in the Final!
