The fifth event in the 2019 Night-O series takes place this coming Saturday on the Curragh, with a Mass Start for all at 18:30

There will be two courses.
* Long; 4.8km
* Short; 1.9km
Cost is €7 for IOA club members and €8 for guests. SportIdent card hire is €2 for those who need one.
Under 16's need to be accompanied - they cannot compete on their own for insurance reasons.
